Gold Plated vs Gold Filled vs Solid Gold?

The only type of gold jewelry that never tarnishes or change color is solid gold and a jewelry piece like the kind we make in solid gold is usually a few hundred dollars each.

Gold plated and gold filled are both a layer of gold over brass. Gold filled has a thicker layer of gold than gold plated and can last for a few years with proper care. Gold filled pieces are much more affordable than solid gold ones and are also hypoallergenic, great for sensitive skin.

Can you engrave a custom image on a disc / bar?

We engrave with a hammer and metal letter / symbol stamps instead of a laser engraving machine. Currently, we are not able to engrave custom images.

Can you engrave both sides of a disc / bar?

We can only engrave one side of the disc / bar.

Gifts?

All items are sent in a small paper box, ready for gifting. If you are buying multiple gifts, please leave a note at check out and we will include white flat gift boxes with your order. We don’t include receipts when we send out orders so no worries if you are sending a gift directly to the recipient.

How long before my order ships?

We usually hand-make and ship orders in 1-2 business days. We will send you a message if a particular item in your order is going to take more time to make. Production and shipping time estimates do not include US federal holidays.

How long does USPS delivery take within the USA?

  • STANDARD: 4-6 business days after we ship it out

  • PRIORITY: 3-4 business days after we ship it out

  • EXPRESS: 1-2 business days after we ship it out

★ On rare occasions, the package may be delayed and take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please understand that once we drop the package off at the post office, we have no control over when USPS delivers it. Please contact us if you haven't received it 3 weeks after the ship out date and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What is the proper way to care for my jewelry pieces?

  • Please keep jewelry pieces away from sweat, oil, perfume, lotion, and other products with moisture and chemicals. Take them off before swimming, working out, or sleeping. Keep them clean and dry in an air-tight zip lock bag when not in use.

  • Clean gently with mild soap and lukewarm water and let dry completely.
