PRODUCTION TIME

Each piece is handmade-to-order. We generally make and ship out orders within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) after you place your order. We will contact you if your order requires additional production time.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

We currently ship all orders with USPS. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you after we ship out your order.

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

• STANDARD: 4-6 business days after we ship it out

• PRIORITY: 3-4 business days after we ship it out

• EXPRESS: 1-2 business days after we ship it out

CORRECTIONS / CANCELLATIONS

• Changes to your order, shipping address or cancellations must be made within 12 hours after ordering.

• Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or insufficient shipping address.
