We accept unworn pieces for return for a refund (minus original and return shipping fees) within 14 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:

• All engraved pieces are final sale.

• All earrings are final sale.

EXCHANGE (wrong length)

• If you ordered the wrong length, you can send it back to us and we can adjust it for you.

• There may be a small fee to rework your piece depending on the complexity of the piece.

EXCHANGE (different item)

• We accept unworn pieces for return for exchange within 14 days of when your package was delivered (engraved pieces and earrings are final sale). After we process the return, you may place an order for the desired item whenever you are ready.
